Every relationship begins with a hello. This is your way of starting the conversation and from there I ask some key information before we schedule a call.
01. Inquire
After inquiry and checking my availability, I will send a link to set up a video call to chat more about the wedding planning thus far and to hear about your needs.
02. consult
After the video call I create a custom proposal, which is an invoice and contract in one document. Once you sign and pay your deposit, you are officially booked.
03. book
After your wedding is on the calendar, we can begin preparing for an engagement session. During this session we get to know each other and you as the couple get to practice in front of the camera.
04. Engagement session
I am not a wedding planner, but I will always offer up tips and advice when needed. If you need an opinion or ideas for a timeline, let me know. I do encourage all couples to hire a planner who will help navigate their wedding journey.
05. planning
The wedding day will be so smooth. We will have a timeline and clear expectations. I will be there to capture all the emotion and rooted friendships. At the end of the night your cheeks will hurt from smiling and you will feel so loved.
06. Wedding day
Roughly five weeks after your wedding celebration you will have an online gallery delivered to enjoy viewing your wedding day again and again. You will also receive a small gift in the mail to tangibly celebrate.
07. Gallery delivery
From your delivered gallery you will be able to order prints. I will also provide album options from your gallery as you make a favorite image list. I will push to make sure your memories live on beyond the online gallery.
08. Order
This will be a day you talk about to your grandchildren. You will laugh at the dance moves, and tear up at the images of your late grandparents. I will forever cherish being your family historian, your storyteller.

the wedding process
She wasn’t just the photographer at our wedding, she gave advice, helped with our timeline, was ready with a tissue when the tears came, fixed hair, and captured the most amazing photos. Amanda truly is talented and has a gift for photography. We can’t imagine choosing anyone else to capture the most treasured moments from our wedding day. How lucky are we to get to enjoy these beautiful photos for years to come.
